Yes. OEM: We can manufacture under your brand with your logo, labels, and packaging—free of charge once the MOQ is met. ODM: Our in-house design team can develop new products based on your sketches, 3D renderings, reference samples, and other materials.

For standard products (e.g., downlights, wall lamps, small pendants, track lights, ceiling lights, bulbs), the MOQ is 5 pieces per model. For chandeliers, it is 20 pieces per model. For LED strips and aluminum profiles, it is 1,000 meters. For first-time cooperation, we support mixed-specification, small-batch orders with reduced MOQs of 3 pieces per model for standard products, 10 pieces for chandeliers, and 500 meters for strips and profiles. Special requirements can be discussed.

Standard products come with a 2-year warranty (products with special quality requirements are subject to mutual agreement). For any confirmed quality issue, we will replenish or compensate in the next order—no back-and-forth. After-sales response within 24 hours, with a solution provided within 72 hours (photo/video diagnosis → air-freight replacement parts or credit note).

We don't rely on any single person for quality—we break it down into five checkpoints, each fully documented:
① Incoming material inspection—steel plate thickness, glass, driver power supplies, and other key materials are checked; entire batches are rejected if non-conforming;
② Production line inspections every 2 hours—issues are caught and reworked on the spot, not left to surface after finishing;
③ 100% inspection of finished products for appearance, structure, and function;
④ All LED lights undergo 24–48 hours of continuous aging/power-on testing before leaving the factory—ensuring your customers don't receive lights that fail within days;
⑤ Pre-shipment final inspection per AQL 2.5 before container loading.
A dedicated team member follows each order through all five checkpoints from start to finish. Before every container ships, we provide an inspection record with photos and videos.

Our production bases are in Jiangmen and Zhongshan, Guangdong Province, about 1.5 hours' drive from Guangzhou and Shenzhen. The industrial cluster gives us access to a mature supply chain for metal processing, glass, acrylic, and LED drivers—which is exactly why we offer short lead times and consistent quality.

After deposit and sample confirmation, standard orders typically take 30–45 days. Some products can be compressed to 20–25 days with prior agreement.

Almost all appearance and function options can be customized: dimensions, surface finish (electroplating / powder coating / brushed / antique), color, material, light source and color temperature (2700K–6500K), dimming method (TRIAC / 0-10V / DALI / touch), suspension wire length and type, canopy style, plug standard (EU/UK/US/AU), voltage (110–240V), and retail packaging (color boxes, barcodes, manuals in your local language).

We primarily serve Central Asia, the Middle East, West Africa, Latin America, and Eastern Europe. Our customer types include brand building-material distributors, lighting chain retailers, project contractors, and general merchandise supermarket chains. We understand the differences in purchasing habits across markets—for example, African customers prefer replaceable light sources, dual-color fixtures, and solar products, while European customers favor color-temperature-selectable (DIP-switch) fixtures to reduce inventory. We can share best-selling styles and pitfalls to avoid in your market to help you save time and money.

Standard export packaging: five-layer corrugated outer cartons; fragile products receive EPE foam positioning inserts, bubble wrap, and corner-protection foam in inner boxes. Crystal chandeliers and glass shades come with an extra 3–5‰ fragile spare parts as claim replacements by default. Our transit damage rate is kept below 0.5%, and damage during shipping is compensated upon photo evidence. Custom retail packaging (color boxes, barcodes, hang tags, etc.) is also supported.
